The Terms and Conditions listed below have been drafted by TUUINX to facilitate users of the website www.tuuinx.com, in a permanent, easy and free way, clear, understandable, unequivocal and truthful information on the conditions that regulate the sale of our products through our website. These Conditions will remain available to all users in the "Terms and Conditions" section where they can consult and print them whenever they wish.

6. SHIPPING OF THE PRODUCT AND DEADLINES

Products purchased by users through the website www.tuuinx.com will be sent through a courier company, always delivered to the address indicated by the user. TUUINX will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery of products caused by buyer errors when providing the shipping address or that it was incomplete.

The products will be delivered according to the hours of the courier company, so that if the user is absent from home at the time of delivery, they must contact the aforementioned courier company to agree on the day and time of the new delivery. TUUINX will not be responsible for delays that occur due to the absence of the user at the time the delivery is attempted. Purchases made through our website will be delivered to customers within a maximum period of ten (10) business days, from the time the package was collected by the carrier, and the period may vary depending on the place of destination. .

The order can be delivered at any time between 8 in the morning and 8 in the afternoon from Monday to Friday (except holidays), and a signature of the acknowledgment of receipt or delivery note is required.

The delivery times, from the departure of the package, will depend on the place of destination, being the following:

7. PRICES, TAXES AND EXPENSES

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal from a contract is the right of the consumer and user to cancel the contract concluded, thus notifying the other contracting party within the period established for the exercise of that right, without the need to justify their decision. In short, it is the possibility of returning the order without the need for justification.

The user will have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal. For this purpose, the date indicated on the delivery note will be computed as the start date of said period.

In accordance with the provisions of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply, in that which affects our field of activity, in the following cases:

In the event that the user has exercised the right of withdrawal, both parties must reciprocally repay the amounts and products except for the exceptions provided in the Civil Code.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised by the user, TUUINX will contact him to proceed to refund the amount by the means selected by the user himself, which will be done without withholding expenses as soon as possible and, in any case, in the maximum period of 30 days from the withdrawal.

 

11. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

In accordance with the provisions of the previous section, the user will have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the order to return it, computing for this purpose as the start date the one indicated on the delivery note.

In the event that the user returns the item received, either as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal or for any other reason reflected in these purchase conditions, he must do so with its original packaging, without having been used, together with its case with its accessories and labels, and must be in perfect condition. -Impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.

13. PAYMENT BY CARD

In accordance with the provisions of article 112 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, when the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the payment card number, the consumer and user who owns it may demand the immediate cancellation of the post.
